PLEASE NOTE: The most alarming aspect of working with The Flooring Nook was when Dan, the owner, and Ron Look, his employee, came into our home the evening of August 30th. Dan demanded full payment even though he and his wife admitted the job wasn't finished because they had made multiple errors on their part. My husband tried to explain that since we had paid over half of the bill well in advance we didn't feel comfortable paying the remainder until the job was finished.
