RecommendedDale Nathan And Morgan are truly one of a kind in customer service and delivery of their product and and services. Dale personally came out to my house in Boyd to oversee a couple snags in the process and took care of us like family. Dale and the whole team at the Floor Store have given us great customer service and reliable quality each time we went with them. This past time we had delay after delay due to the manufacturer and though it was no fault of the Floor Store, they made every effort to keep me apprised of the situation and worked to make things as easy as possible for us. just had laminate put in my Master Bedroom. Not only does it look great but the guys were fantastic. I won’t go anywhere else for flooring!! Had carpet installed on Saturday, the crew was fantastic, polite and professional and did a wonderful job. The carpet is beautiful,I highly recommend The Floor Store.
We worked with The Floor Store of Keller from start to finish to remodel our bathroom shower, re-tile our master bathroom and walk in closet, and replace the carpet in all of our bedrooms. This was a big project - we had a very outdated glass block shower and we now have a beautifully tiled and glass shower. They helped us with the tile and carpet selection, the project was managed well, they gave us daily progress updates, and we are thrilled with the end result.

We selected The Floor Store of Keller to replace our tile and carpet flooring. The selection they offer is amazing! It was expertly installed and every care was taken to see to it that the finished product is perfect. A minor problem occurred after installation and Dale has it taken care of on the first call!
3 years ago we bought carpet at the floor store of Keller, this winter we noticed it becoming discolored. It was replaced no cost to us.
