We shopped around for a very long time before we made our decision to go with The Floor Store of Keller. We made our decision to go with Dale because he listened, he demonstrated his immense knowledge of flooring. He took our idea and made it reality. Even when some of our ideas didn’t fit with the reality of flooring, Dale gently guided us, without being pushy, to make informed decisions on our purchase. Before / After Photos....
Dale and his team went above and beyond with helping me. We measured, picked out carpets and it was installed the same week! The finished product looks amazing.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We shopped around with the other guys and what we got was a lot of used car sales tactics. Our first experience with Dale was enough for me to say I don’t care if I can get a better deal somewhere else(I didn’t by the way), I’m not going to get a better experience. Wow! Very impressed with the Floor Store of Keller. We had our sunken den changed to match the height of our kitchen, entry hall, hallway to the back of the house, also had our living room/office done at the same time. The entire process was great! These people know what they are doing and it shows. Was going to wait until they were completely finished, but I’m too excited. I had a very specific idea of how I wanted my floor to look...an antique floor that had been pieces together over time. I think the store and installer were very nervous about me asking them to mix 6 different woods. The team that was sent to my home executed my vision flawlessly. Nico took the time to listen and adjusted a bit at the beginning to make it just perfect.
