OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I just did my FIRST FLOAT!!!! I have never experienced anything like that!!! I have neck and back issues and when I first got in the pod I didn't think I would be able to finish the float as my neck was so sore. Then all of a sudden I could actually feel my whole body relax!!! My mind went completely quiet!!! My husband & I had our first experience floating this week. It was so relaxing to rest there with out needing to use any muscles to stay afloat. I literally felt as light as a feather...All my muscles relaxed and was so refreshed when I got out... Honestly we both could of floated all day! I was so relaxed when I got out and that feeling continued all day. I even found when it was time for bed I wanted to lay in the same floating position and I fell asleep imaging I was floating...
