The facility is clean, the staff are helpful and kind, and the experience is amazing.
This was my second float. (Craig) I feel amazing. The first float I did I came in all hunched over using my cane, because of throwing my back out. When I left I was standing up straight and walking with out my cane. Came back for a second time b/c I had felt some pressure still in the lower back. No more pressure.. Beth is awesome explaining things, I'm absolutely amazed at what an hour of Relaxing and Floating can do.. This has also helped with just relaxing my mind... Thank You Craig
My husband and I tired the cryotherapy for the first time today and loved it! Can’t wait to come back and float!
First time floating and loved it!! Was a little nervous at first, but what an amazing experience. Beth was awesome-- took her time explaining how it all worked and put those fears to rest! So relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend!

When you float, the pain in your body will reduce and you will leave mentally refreshed. Love the environment of the business and the staff!

Excellent staff, very friendly and I appreciate you talking me through the whole process as I was a little nervous. The moving around during the cryotherapy definitely helped. The nicest spa around!! I have done Chiro therapy before at other places and this is the nicest yet!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was extremely clean and professional.
