Had my first float yesterday, and I loved it ! So very relaxing. I will be back. Stephanie took very good care of me and answered all my questions.
I did the cold therapy camber. A friend and I went on a whim and the experience was amazing. I will defiantly be back again. It totally made a difference . And Beth was very informative and explained everything we needed to know about the cryotherapy. 5 stars all the way
I’ve been here twice, both times taking advantage of Cryotherapy and the Float Spa. This is one of my favorite places to spend an afternoon. The facility is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff are warm and welcoming. I only wish I lived closer. 🤗
I have never been one for self care, but my life has gotten a little more stressful lately. I now do my float once a month for my sanity. Thank you for bringing this experience to our area.

Great experience! Warm, clean and relaxing! Take earplugs if you need them just in case they are out. You will float!!! ❤️
