I went to the float spa on the recommendation of my chiropractor. I went for the cryotherapy to help wth inflammation. At first I wasn't sure it had helped at all but when I really started moving around I realized that I wasn't stiff at all and the pain in my shoulder, hands, hips and back was gone. I can't wait to see how long it lasts and I will be booking another session very soon.
Absoutley amazing. So glad I had the opportunity to give this a try. With major back issues, this is a Godsend. I cannot wait to go back!!!

If you haven't floated you should! Chronic pain and PTSD here both much improved after one float!
