Most relaxing thing I've done in quite a while! Didn't really know what to expect, but it was very peaceful in the pod, and made my usually stiff back loosen up very well. The trippy part is that I left fully relaxed, but energized, like I'd taken the most awesome nap ever, yet I never drifted off to sleep. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Today was my first time floating. I wasnt really sure what to expect and honestly dont really know how to describe it. Like others' reviews I have read it is just an indescribable experience, and it was. First thing Beth Jones the owner will make you feel welcome from the get go. I did the cold therapy camber. A friend and I went on a whim and the experience was amazing. I will defiantly be back again. It totally made a difference . And Beth was very informative and explained everything we needed to know about the cryotherapy. 5 stars all the way
I’ve been here twice, both times taking advantage of Cryotherapy and the Float Spa. This is one of my favorite places to spend an afternoon. The facility is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff are warm and welcoming. I only wish I lived closer. 🤗
I have never been one for self care, but my life has gotten a little more stressful lately. I now do my float once a month for my sanity. Thank you for bringing this experience to our area.
Vey enjoyable and relaxing. Be sure and take your watch as the time went by so fast that I am not sure it was 60 Minutes. Ha Ha
