My wife set up a surprise float for me over Veterans weekend and it was the best recovery I have ever had. I spent the week in the field doing training and was extremely sore. After my hour float I had no more muscle soreness. I am normally out a few days because of the training I am doing right now. But thanks to my float I was able to have a great weekend with the family.

Ok I tried something out of my norm this morn for muscle and joint pain with my shoulder/elbow and I am in love. The Float Spa in Sneads Ferry is awsome. Let's just say I will definitely be going back. Just wish they were closer and I would go more often lol.
The neck/shoulder tension relief is unbelievable. I carry all of my stress there and I felt incredibly relaxed during my float and into the next day. I will definitely be going back!
Very relaxing experience.
