Washer has been broken for 6 days took 5 days to get somebody out here. Still not working and nobody will call back on the emergency number. So my sons blankets are sitting in dirty water outside in january.

Lived here for 2.5 years, staff is great and I love all of the upgrades!
Last year I asked the office if they were going to put a railing in large pool. They said they would but never did. I got a "I'm sorry". The steps into the pool are uneven in height. Hard for moms and their child to get in along with older people getting in and out. They took off the umbrellas to the outside pool tables. It gets really hot in the summer and those tables are very hot. Putting anything on these tables is dangerous. The Flats on San Felipe excellent place to live. Great staff and service. Never had an issue while living in the Flats (8 years). Office and engineering staff top notch . Excellent community. Also love the things (party's ...etc) staff do to bring the complex together as a community. Edwin
New to Austin and The Flats on San Felipe. I have experienced an easy transition to the area and I love the area I now reside. My neighbors are great, the amenities are great and still improving and the management staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend giving The Flats a chance if considering a new move in this area. :-)
I love my apartment home. The staff and maintenance guys are wonderful. Whenever I need anything done or fixed it gets done right away. The pool area is really nice. Cleaned daily. Just last night we were treated to a Thanksgiving dinner. I'm very happy here.
