RecommendedI moved to the Flats at Pinecliff in late 2012 when we were still Garden Terrace, and I have just signed my 6th lease on May 1st. When the complex was sold a couple of years later, I didn't know what to expect with the new owners. But it has been wonderful. A rental is only as good as a great management team and qualified maintenance staff. We are very fortunate to have both. And that's just the people. Absolutely incredible staff here! They really seem to care, and take care of any issues ASAP! And I love how close it is to everything :) I always recommend them to any of my friends that get stationed at Carson.
