RecommendedWe’ve been here for about 4-5 months and I absolutely love the staff! They’re are so inviting and helpful, anytime there’s an issue (always small) they hop on it right away! I’ve never felt so welcomed and understood by staff until this apartment complex, they are worth it!! 100+ stars thank you guys for all your work it’s SO appreciated.
I do want to thank Eddie, maintenance, for all his help. When I requested assistance to winter proof my sliding glass door and windows, he explained what he could and couldn’t do. However, he located the real issue, heat regulator was not working properly, fixed it promptly, and now it works properly. Thank you, Eddie. I appreciate all your efforts. 50-104
Fix the pool so its actually warmed. Every time i try and host a pool party the heater is broken.
1. they claim to have a spa, they have no such thing. 2. they have security doors to enter using a code, they are always broken and not locked; and if they ever do lock they break immediately and you are totally unable to even open them. 3. there have been 2 shootings within 200 feet of my apartment and I no longer feel safe 4. the office is always randomly closed
Has a problem with theft. Lost one car here, another was recently broken into. Apartment management refuses to do anything. In addition, we've been promised that the building door lock will be fixed for months and it hasn't happened. Would not recommend, I do not feel safe here.
I currently live at the flats at pinecliff and my apartment was burglarized on Sunday the 24th of June... there is an open case on the matter.. In which I live with my pregnant wife who does not feel safe here because of the burglary when seeking help from the office I was told they couldn’t do anything for the matter so now I have a wife who is in fear and is scared to be alone here this is no way of living especially while trying to raise a family..
