Wonderful experience! Our first visit to The Flats! Felt like City Living!
The Flats are a wonderful home away from home. The location is ideal - right next to Loyola campus, around the corner from the train stop. The unit I stayed in was spacious, clean and modern. I look forward to my next stay at the Flats!
This is our fourth time staying at the Flats. It opened while our daughter was attending Loyola and it is still our ideal location for every visit to Chicago. Having covered parking included and a full kitchen along with a great location near the train station--its perfect for us. We plan on reserving a room at the Flats every time we visit Chicago!
Would give more stars if possible. We have stayed here twice and have a reservation for a 3rd stay next year. Clean, convenient, close to CTA, CVS, coffee shops.....
Just a week away from our third stay at The Flats ... we discovered this gem in 2012 - two years after it opened and our annual trips to Chicago have never been the same! We feel like we're simply home-away-from-home and cannot wait to return each July!
