We absolutely love staying at the Flats! Our daughters is a senior at Loyola, and we have stayed at the Flats many times. Love the proximity to college, and have enjoyed exploring Rogers Park and the surrounding area. Free Parking is a plus, the kitchen and baths well appointed. We always bring a small box fan, to drown out noise on weekend nights. Helps to get a good nights sleep. In the middle of the college community - they stay out later than us!
We stayed last weekend and I now understand why this place books up so fast! Big place with full kitchen and washer and dryer! Perfect location for us close to Loyola. And a parking space included!! There place was clean and had a comfy bed, and we liked the modern furnishings . Book in advance- I would go back in a second instead of staying at a hotel. We like that is is run by Loyola students.
We stayed there for Cards-Cubs in September and couldn't have been happier. Roomy, upscale finishes, and super comfortable beds - loved the balcony! We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants and coffee! Just a short walk away and we were on the L to Wrigleyville or Downtown. Amenities and Service were awesome - will definitely stay there again.
This past weekend, we stayed at the Flats to visit a buddy's son at Loyola and catch the Cards/Cubs series. While the Cards did not keep up their end of the deal, The Flats was great. Very clean, excellent finishes, only yards from the L, grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.
My family stayed at the Flats for our parents 50 wedding anniversary celebration and our experience was awesome! The apartments were clean, classy, and plenty of room for all of us. The staff was very helpful when we arrived. Our lock box would not open and they came to our rescue immediately! We have family in Chicago and we will definitely stay at the Flats again.
Best place to stay in the Loyola/Rogers Park area! Always our first choice when visiting our son at Loyola.
My family has stayed at the Flats while visiting me at Loyola and always has a fantastic experience! The apartments are huge, updated and super clean. The staff are always available to help but still respect privacy! Great location, literally a 2 minute walk from the red line and lots of restaurants!
