We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quiet, well appointed rental apartment! It is steps away from the red line, close to great Rogers Park restaurants and best of all next to the Loyola University Chicago campus where my son attends school! Even has covered parking!! Highly recommend :)

What a great concept. I am here from Cleveland for my daughters freshmen orientation. I would rather support students in a learning environment rather than a hotel chain.

Clean, safe, great location, all amenities. Love Loyola campus. Near lake. El station on corner. Several restaurants within a block. People helpful. Can't wait to stay again.
We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, and the professionalism of the staff. The rooms are more like apartments; complete with a full kitchen, sofa bed, and bedroom. There are even balconies for sitting outside in warm weather! The location is convenient to the Red line "L" station, restaurants, and of course, the Loyola campus. The Flats at Loyola Station will be our first choice when visiting the city.
My favorite thing about staying at The Flats was the convenience of location. To have so many restaurants and shops in such a short walking distance is key. We also walked the Loyola campus multiple times! The room was very spacious and clean, and my boys lived on the balcony! The staff is very professional and take their jobs seriously. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this student run organization. We cannot wait to return to The Flats!
