It was my first time at the Fixx! I went to the one on I-35 and made an appointment in person, the front desk lady was so nice! And then I was scheduled an appointment with Staci. She was freaking awesome! She talked me through step by step on what she was doing. I got a balayage/ombre. It looks absolutely amazing and for my thick hair it only took like 3 1/2 hours. The staff was so friendly. Staci is my new hair stylist and I will be recommending the fixx to all my friends/family. Thanks so much Staci! ��

I LOVE The Fixx! I have been seeing Mariana there for almost 2 years and I always love my hair ! All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. Reminder emails and texts are helpful too!

I always am reminded by text of my appt 2 days prior. The girls at the front desk are friendly & ask you immediately if you wld like a drink. My hairstylist, Carly Rae, does an incredible job! I love it here!

Just moved to town and was apprehensive about finding another salon. Looking for a new hairstylist can be so daunting. But the reviews here didn't disappoint. Everyone from the receptionist who took my call to Staci, who did a phenomenal job on my hair, was really wonderful. Staci was able to help me decide on the best path for my hair and I could not have been happier with her or the work she did today. It's a huge relief to know I've got a salon and stylist who get me and my hair!
I had my hair done today by Jessica and she was absolutely amazing! I love my hair and it came out exactly the way I wanted it, from the color to the cut. She really took her time with me and shared a lot of useful tips on how to achieve the look I want. Thank you thank you Jessica!
