A few months before I moved I got my hair done and did a balayage that didn’t come out the way I wanted to/ the guy who did it didn’t seem to care about what he was doing. It scarred me from considering anyone doing my hair again. Until a friend recommended me to Fixx Studio where Jessica literally turned my hair into a masterpiece. I’m in love with my hair now and will continue to come back!

Friendly enough staff, but lack of attention to detail and customer input for color service. I asked to tone down my blonde balayage to a darker warm brown without completely covering to transition for fall. I made it a point to say I did NOT want cool toned browns or anything that would be dark to appear black as this had happened to me previously and I wanted to avoid that at all costs.
