I called & asked how much a bleach re-touch for my 1/2in of new-growth was & they said $43; so I scheduled an appointment for that evening! I guess they accidentally gave me the wrong price cuz @ check-out they told me my total was $109 😱 They even admitted that the mistake was on their behalf but all the owner / manager did was take $16 off... so I still had to pay $93... It was completely embarrassing cuz I didn't even bring that much cash w/ me & I honestly didn't have any in my bank 😩 I wouldn't of gotten my hair done ... read more

Maggie I am the owner of The Fixx Hair Studio and acting manager the day you received your service. We did not accidentally give you the wrong price for color. Our haircut price is $43. We do not offer a color service that is $43. Furthermore, you didn't receive a color service, you receive a on the scalp bleach retouch, similar to a highlight service. Went for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience. I dread haircuts but Ashley did such an amazing job that I am actually looking forward to coming back and have been telling all my family about Ashley and The Fixx!
