We’re all going to pass one day. The Fitzgerald management company knows this, and will do everything they can to get you there as soon as possible.
The building is nice enough, but I’ve noticed mice droppings in my apartment. Management isn’t very responsive. If you have a car, there are only six spots available in the lot and parking in the area can be tough. I’ve also had a couple of packages go missing in the short amount of time I’ve lived here.
I lived here for about 1.5 years. The studios are large for the price and the location is awesome right by Rock Creek park. I did have a few packages go missing, not sure if it was other tenants or people from outside. Management was super responsive at the beginning of my stay but not as much by the end. Super dog-friendly building!
It would be VERY nice if you advertised as having an elevator, but NOT wheelchair accessible! And if only there was a way for a perspective tenant inquiring about accessibility to get answers from management and NOT need to make the long ☀️🔥☀️ trip to find out info from a tenant who happens to be coming home and sees you! Your answering service is trying to schedule an on-site appointment for a building that I have NO way of entering is counterproductive...and very disappointing, to say the least.😢♿️🧩
