19 October. Monday evening. We dined despite the negative reviews and went with an open mind , hoping to disprove them actually. Sadly, we have to agree. The food is way overpriced for the dining experience you receive. Either the food prices should come down or the dining experience upgraded. The main back room was so loud, we almost left before we ordered. It is truly awful. We couldn't hear each other. Our waitress couldn't hear us. Had dinner there Saturday night the atmosphere is the best the food is the best the people running the place are the best especially athena. York county should be so proud of what they did for York
Had dinner here on 10/16. Service was excellent, our waitress Amber was very attentive. Cream of crab soup was amazing, I had the scallops, they were perfectly prepared, my husband had the crab cakes. Would definitely recommend.
Great food and super nice service. Huge space despite full parking lot! Definitely one of the best restaurants in York!

We had a positive first experience tonight. Our waitress Brooke was very accommodating and friendly, as well as the bar staff. Rib eye was fantastic. Love the atmosphere. We will be back!

First time was good. Tonight its been over 30 minutes since we ordered our food. Still waiting. Unacceptable. Finally got our order, my seared scallops and risotto was bland and barely warm. My wife's Crab cakes she described as mediocre at best. My daughter got the Lobster Roll and the salad with it was way over dressed. We won't be back.
My husband and I tried The First Post this past Saturday. We got there close to 5, were greeted warmly by Aaron, and seated quickly. The atmosphere was fantastic! Cool looking bar with blue backlighting, and an upstairs seating loft. We ordered the Butter Brickle Martinis, and they were delicious and reasonably priced at $8. We then ordered the calamari with aioli sauce as an appetizer, and it was phenomenal!
