Dear Mr. Marvin Finger; I am one of your former tennants who lived at Sabo Village in Houston Texas. We were quite happy for the years previous to my son's death. I came home from work and found him dead. He was my only son, and was only 21. If you check our rental credit history with you, we were never late for any of the previous years. Don't stay at Towne Plaza! The facilities are old and run-down and there are multiple security issues. They resurfaced an apartment next to mine and the toxic fumes seeped into mine and made my boyfriend and I both sick with sore throats, headaches, dizziness, and shortness of breath. They wouldn't even help us or acknowledge the problem even though I had a note from my doctor saying that their fumes made us sick. Pretty much the biggest slum lords in the country. If you enjoy living in squalor and being ripped off and treated like garbage, lease one of their "luxury properties". Pretty much any complaint to corporate have you "watching your back" for the remainder of your lease. Pro tip: if someone in the leasing office compliments your handbag, assume it will be stolen from your locked apartment the next time you leave for work.
Holy crap, literally I have crap coming out of my drains. I live in the village at west university, I came home from a Costo run and my bathroom floor is covered in sewage and there is about 1/2 inches of sewage on the floor and in the toilet, and in the bathtub. I called management and the had a guy come out with a carpet cleaning truck but 30 minutes later I had more sewage backing up into the tub and toilet. I called maintenance again he said the plumber can't come till the morning. I think that they should be able to get... read more
