RecommendedI have lived at Village on the Lake for 1-1/2 years and absolutely love it-- Lori Flanders, the Property Manager, is absolutely one of the best people I know, talk about customer service she Rocks it!! Rarely is there an issue but when there is her staff is very quick to resolve it or get her involved if needed, that exemplifies great leadership. Amazing place and the grounds are so beautiful with all the foliage. Can't think of any place better to be!!
Just moved in to The Caroline Apartments. I can’t stress how helpful the staff was while we were moving from New England. We love the complex, amenities and our unit. Much thanks to Angie and crew.

I have lived at the Post Oak at Woodway for over 2 years and it has been by far the worst rental experience of my life. The list is so long of issues that I have had and currently have from electricity not working month to month and needed a new panel and Angie tossed it aside and would not have it properly fixed, I have gone through two dishwashers- mine is currently broken as we speak, two stoves, two refrigerators, my apartment floods regularly due to the over drip of the AC and the expect me to just live with it. The bellfort apartments are the Worst place to live!!! I paid $400.00 deposit, they kept $351.00 arguing that the carpet was dirty, and the bathroom was dirty when I called them to clean the carpet and to fix some issues in the bathroom, which never got fixed. The place is full of roaches and not a secure place to live. They broke into my apartment during the day and I lived not even 40 feet away from the office. I don’t think this company is even a legitimate property management company-you can’t reach anyone there!

Numerous phone calls and messages go unreturned. Obviously, your company doesn't care that you employ maintenance staff that burglarize your residents apartments
I have lived in one of The Finger Companies apartment complex now for a little over a year and this has been by far has been the worst experience. Starting with the management at the leasing office who is unprofessional, unethical, and can be best described as slumlords. I was shopping for an apartment in Houston and saw three singular Finger properties among many others - 1900 Yorktown, Post Oak at Woodway and Memorial Creole. Although I selected another property to lease, Robert Hoop, manager at the lush and quiet Memorial Creole, really stood out as the ultimate personable professional, going out of his way to inform me about the the complex as a whole and the details and benefits of each unit regarding my particular needs.
