A routine maintenance error led to damaged property within my unit, and when I called to inform the property manager, I was rudely talked over, and told I was wrong multiple times. The manager refused to assume even remote liability for the issue caused by her staff, talked over me the entire call, and demonstrated a complete lack of empathy for me (the tenant). Sucks I've had to take this to here, but these people just want to screw you over and take your money... This is my experience at 9900 on memorial. STAY FAR AWAY!!!! The best advice I can give you. This place is a SCAM. They have been since day one. I really wanted to see past all the bad reviews I read prior to moving in because I loved the location and the price. RecommendedI've lived at the Susanne for one year a finger property. And everything is excellent. The manager ,The assistant manager, leasing agents, The maids and maintenance All superb. I moved here from Dallas lived in many high-rise properties, non-managed as good as these. I applaud Mr. finger for doing a good job. And I've never met him I'm moving now but to another finger property in the downtown area and I expect it to be great also.
I live in Sabo Village Apartments. management has recently decided to start Towing guest cars away. my sister's car was towed away at 5:45 this morning. They say they have designated guest parking and they do, however unless you know it's there there's no way of knowing where to park. We did get a notice to that gusets should Park along the fence and that's where we tell our guests to par but since they've recently cut all the debris away from the fence you see once you look for it that there's about 5 spots in the next buil... read more

Although I love my apartment and appreciate how responsive maintenance is, the lack of a walkway from the back door of my building to the parking lot is unacceptable. I pay a lot of money for rent for what is called a "luxury" apartment at Treehouse of Schaumburg and having to slog through a mud pit to get to my car every morning is no luxury. Theft, vandalism, smoke infiltration. Do not live here. My sixteen-year-old daughter would not come there unless my husband and I were home too, because she was afraid for her safety. After multiple kick ins, car vandalism, including wheels being stolen and cars left on blocks, I became worried, but never expected to become sick.
