Extremely dismissive when contacted for updates, very rude staff on the phone lines. Decades of waiting for absolute minimal results even with a death certificate confirming asbestosis. Holds funds for up to 90 days once received and files claims in massive (hundreds at a time per phone rep) numbers at once tying all claims together causing further delay to the client. Claims to trust should be made promptly on individual basis. No attorney contact unless willing to insist and only then by return call sometimes days after.

Scam artists! I have had the chance of speaking to 4 people in the last 2 years on behalf of my dad's estate regarding claims. Each time I get a different response or a different opinion. STAY AWAY and find youself or your loved one someone else to represent them!
