Brought my two dogs in for the first time for bath/nail trim. Appointment was super easy to schedule, everyone greeted us warmly (which doesn’t always happen with a 105 lb black pit mix), Rachel was awesome with them, and they look great and are happy boys. Thanks to Rachel and all the staff-we will be back!

We have been going here since we moved to Cedarburg 7 years ago. By far the most knowledgeable and friendly staff I have ever encountered. I just found a passion for saltwater aquariums and they have been an incredible resource of wisdom in my journey. My new puppy Squints has made some new lifelong friends and my Mastiff loves the food and treats he gets there. My cat doesn’t really care as long as he has a full belly�. The BEST in S.E. Wi.!!!
My dog, Tyson, uses the dog pool for swim therapy. I am so impressed with the staff and the special accommodations they made for Tyson. Thank you!! <3
What a great place! My dog, Sydney, was first introduced to this store for therapy in their pool after she broke her leg (they were great to work with). Since then she gets all of her grooming and pampering by Melisa and the rest of the staff.
