Nicky is THE best aquatic trainer!
All staff / customer service is consistently excellent. I would like to specifically mention Melisa in grooming who is absolutely wonderful! We are always greeted with cheerful smiles and made to feel like they are so incredibly happy to see my dog. Today she surprised us with a gift bag for Rocky’s birthday after his grooming appointment. Rocky loves coming here and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Thank you!
Absolutely love this place! Sarah was great with our Golden during his swim session! She was so kind, patient and understanding with it being his first time. We will definitely come again! Thanks Sarah!
Absolutely wonderful experience! Caitlin was able to provide us with very in-depth knowledge on aquatic filters and set ups. This was our first time in the store and we will certainly be back! For the amount of tanks, they were the cleanest I have ever seen! You can tell they care about what they are doing!
Nice store and staff .The prices are inflated to much for me personally live blood worms 3 bucks there 1 dollar at best fish downtown Milwaukee. I bought 2 cat trees yesterday for BLACK FRIDAY at pet supplies retail 230 selling for 115 half off bought me and my mom 1 .Thing is huge about 6 feet very nice . Point is I went to the feed bag thinking they would have a sale for BLACK FRIDAY not at all price for the same cat tree I bought they wanted 319 Smh talk about inflation put a fancy pet supplie tag and it's worth more .

Tonight was Bentley's last night for swim therapy. I just wanted to say thank you to Maggie his swimming instructor who was so good with him. She was patient, kind and would talk to him when he got stressed. I give her 5 stars and Bentley gives her 5 kisses.
Our pup is 6 mos old and has been groomed twice. He loves the ladies that take care of him. He looks so handsome when he is all done. He loves the water so we will be trying out the pool soon.
