SCAMMERS LIARS... I told "*********************" in an unsolicited phone call I did NOT want to refinance and maybe a "home equity loan" only as my interest rate was low and I did not want to refinance with a higher interest rate. (I get these calls EVERY day and dozens of emails)... "NO PROBLEM" he said, charged me $495 for an appraisal fee AND $95 for a "termite inspection" which is good for FIVE years. The process from start to finish was smooth sailing , loan officer was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions in a timely manner , even on the weekends , would recommend this bank to family and friends , only draw back was the funding part so far 2 days and nothing in my bank account , this needs work , otherwise overall oustanding!
We had a great experience with the Federal Savings Bank. Their loan terms were very competitive, everyone was very friendly (shout out to ************************* and his team!), and the loan portal was easy to use. Overall we felt like the whole process to close on our new property was well organized thanks to their customer service. Highly recommended!
**** exceeded our expectations with our first mortgage through Federal Savings so much in fact I didnt feel the need want or desire to shop lenders on our most recent mortgage loan. The experience, knowledge, interaction and all fields of customer service was second to none.
