The setting Gastropub - exposed brick, copper accents, dark wood, interior is vintage look and eclectic staff. Hollywood away from Hollywood The Federal is cool but it's a little too much of a "Hollywood" vibe. It's cramped inside with an awkward layout so getting around or to the bar is a bit tough. The upstairs area is much larger but they charge $10 to go up there on a lot of nights. They have a large selection of beer and a full bar.
