We went to the Fatted Calf 1/23/15 and were excited to try it out. It took 40mins to get out a salad. The salad was ordered w dressing on the side and arrived smothered in dressing. They were great and offered to replace it but we were on a tight schedule so we just passed and waited for our steak. The steak arrived 15 mins later. We ordered it medium and it arrived rare and still cold on the inside. The manager basically said "sorry" and gave us our bill for our drinks. Just had breakfast. 51.00 for a meal that is done as well at any waffle house. It wasn't bad but it definitely isn't anything special. Would have probably given 2.5 stars if they would have charge me 4.00 for a ramekin of chilli for the under seasoned hash. They did bring a bowl chilli but I think that's probably because the server was not very attentive or trained thus probably didn't understand the special request. Might try dinner but would not make any special efforts to do so.
Wow..... this place is awesome. Bought so much to bring back to houston . Thank u for vacuum sealing all the meats so that I can bring it home to houston texas.
Went for the first time today for brunch. The atmosphere was do relaxing and nice and very chill. Was very very hard to choose what I wanted to eat because everything on the menu sounded amazing. Finally I ended up getting the chicken and waffles with pablano gravy and bacon...just one of those meals that couldn't taste much better than it did. Amazing amazing amazing!
Best $11 sandwhich ever had. Food was good but pricey. Service was slow but the cranberry fizz drink made it worth the wait. The strawberry jam was so delicious the jar almost ended up in my purse--and I don't even like strawberries!

This is a great place to eat. For the price point and the amount of food they serve, it is excellent. I would highly recommend the meat loaf dish. This place would be great for meetings. Might be too small for a large family. Yum!
