Had a great buying experience with Jack Reak at the Colorado Springs Faricy Boys dealership. He sold us our last 2014 Grand Cherokee 3 years ago and we can in for a 2017. No hassle, no bargaining, we found the one we wanted on the lot and had it home the next day. We shall be back when we are ready for another in the future.

Fake inspections, poor workmanship, greatly lacking in integrity. Caught red-handed lying about performing a "world class inspection" including 34 check points. When I double checked the tamper-proof sealant was still in tact on the transfer case, manual transmission, and front and rear differentials. I had taken photos (can't post here or I would) of all before while researching model of transmission, transfer case, and differentials to make sure I purchased the correct oils for the specific models. Tom was very upfront and honest with me about every car I looked at. I didn't feel pressured at all. Shelby with financing was great and was able to answer every question I had. When I finally bought my car Jack made the entire process very painless. I'll definitely be buying any future cars here!
