WARNING**DO NOT USE**DISHONEST**2 ISSUES IN 1 DROP OFF** Had some items stolen out of my SRT when it was on the lot for service. Service manager, Steve Kane. I brought this to Steves attention prior to leaving with the vehicle. Steve Kane told me he would replace it, on the spot, then I received a call back from Steve, said he was not able to. Well The car about from these guys ended up being a POS broke down within a week $800 in repairs later and was in another two weeks it’s broken again shows to me that this car was not looked at it was not asked to be inspection very well or at least pencil whipped and the problem now is pretty serious problem and I’m pretty sure it’s not gonna be covered through this dealership don’t buy inspected nothing works fast as possibleThe car also came with the tires that has chunks missing out of itover all not a very good experien... read more

This entire buying experience with Faricy boys has been a nightmare. If you’d like a detailed account of my experience, read on. I went in looking for a brand new Jeep Compass on a Monday. I was told that Jeep Compasses had a recall for the passenger airbag and that some of them at the dealership were unable to be sold until they were able to take the x-ray machine, scan the airbag, and either mark it as passed or have the airbag replaced.
