I will never come back to this facility... they are unorganized and unprofessional... I came today at 915 to be seen and needed my medication refill and was told that I couldn’t be seen today because the doctors were overbooked... this is not the first time this has happened and I refuse to be treated this way.... they are always overbooked the wait is always 4 hours long... as of today I’m no longer a patient and I see my new doctor on Friday
I have been coming here for well over 20 years. Dr. K. Brown is my OBGYN.. love her and her staff, they are the best and have met all my needs. I will continue to go here as long as the visits are welcoming.
Been here today june 15, at westend medical since 10:30 this morning, it is now 2:20 and I am still sitting here waiting to see Dr. Verdun. I came here for an appt last month, for the receptionist to tell me that the Dr. wasnt in and that my appt was cancelled days before. When asked why I wasnt contacted, she replied no one answered the phone. We have cell phones now days with caller log. I checked, not one call from them. Always some kind of problem. I've been going here since 2010, I have the best Doctor, Dr. Verdun!! He is Great!! I have been dealing with my diabetes for a long time! Everything is getting Better. My a1c level has not been this low in years , my blood sugar good, my blood pressure good!! The lady at front desk wonderful person!!! The pharmacy, Mrs Pam Greets you an know you!!! ���������
I don't really deal with anything but the pediatric center... Dr Jason Thomas is great so are the nurses in the department. He knows me and my child and my nephew and my mother with out even a second thought... I love them...
My mother brought me and my brother her for years. And now as a adult I've chosen them for my health care needs.
