This is the WORST medical facility I've ever visited. And it's a shame I'm saying this because I love their OB/GYN clinic, but their Adult Medicine clinic and everyone who works there is TRASH! I waited until I wrote this review because I wanted to see if anything would change after my very first visit. First visit 02/19/2019: I visited the Adult Medicine clinic on my birthday last week. Awesome administrative and clinical staff @ the Cobb location for The Family Health Centers of GA. They were able to ask all of my medical concerns and the cost was very reasonable even on a sliding fee scale. Greatly appreciate all of you !!!!
It was a long wait but worth it. I saw Dr Catherine Burley and she was very nice, professional and had a great bedside manner. The rest of the staff could learn to be a little more sympathetic to the needs of their patients but on average my visit was not unpleasant. Larry the referral specialist was kind and very patient and helpful.

When I called in they told me any day I could come as a walk in which surprised me. I came when they told me to and waited 5 hours. I was taken in last at the end of their day, They took an x-ray and told me nothing would be done that day and since I had also made an appt for Jan 6th at 2pm to come back then to the Adamsville Office. It was a very frustrating experience. They charged me $45 and collected it immediately before they saw me.
