RecommendedThe Falcon is the best complex in Springfield hands down! I’ve been living here for ~6 months and I’ve never had a problem with anything. One thing I hate about apartment life is that you can hear all of your neighbors, but here the walls are really thick and I’ve never heard my neighbors. The amenities are amazing, especially the courtyard!!! Josh is so nice and will help you with anything you need.
This is an amazing place to live. The location is great, and the staff is amazing as well. Andrew will help you with whatever you need done. Would recommend to anybody looking for an apartment.
Definitely one of the highest quality apartments in the Springfield area. Love living here.

The best apartment ever. Clean complex, very secure, apartments are laid out perfectly, and everyone is so kind. And as if it needs to be said, Andrew's got it.
The Falcon is an incredible place to live! I feel safe living here and the management is very helpful and really cares about residents' feedback. They are also brand new so I don't have to worry about anything being wrong with my apartment. And if anything is wrong it is always fixed right away.
Beautiful! The owners and managers are so kind and the Falcon is so nice and clean! You can tell they really care about the property and their tenants!
