Friendly people They are so friendly and the office is open to residents concerns. The maintenance is great and so is the pool during the summer.

A good place to live at They are very pet friendly and the apartments are affordable. Also the people in the office are wonderful. Maintenance is great and we love our new winfows.

Ok if not other option This is hood. Apartments are run down. Constant traffic in and out all hours. People leaving locked doors open. Lots of issues in the apartment it self. Mostly cosmetic but verry noticable. If I had other choice I would of waited. But I had a time crunch and had to take what I could at the moment. Also the area around is trashed. Garbage everwhere. Not worth the money For $840 per month I am paying for a place that is not worth the money. No dishwasher. Old cabinets and poor caulking around the tub that looks as brown as dirt. I am completely dissatisfied. Not to mention my broken patio sliding screen and only two washers and dryers for more than a few apartments. My issues and concerns with my apartment are mainly aesthetic, but who wouldn't want to come home to a place that LOOKS good!?
Pass The building smells horrible ALL THE TIME. The leasing office staff are clueless airheads. It takes weeks for matience to fix anything. I still don't understand why there is only three washers and dryers for the ENTIRE building. Okay, it's a decent price for a first apartment with roommates and bad credit numbers/history other than that pass!!!!!
Michael Levija The apartment community was very good and it was very clean and kept up. The office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartments themselves when shown were very clean. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.
