BAD AMENITIES I’ve lived here for 11 months, and throughout that time I’ve found the staff and amenities at this complex to be horrible. The laundry machines haven’t been working since October 2025, and staff (specifically Elizabeth) consistently gave me false promises about them being fixed “soon”. Staff also doesn’t respond to my emails, often waiting until I send a follow-up to even get back to me. Used to be fine, new management made it horrible This apartment used to be fine to live in but when it was taken over by the new management it became unlivable. They will not respond to any messages but will say they received it, if there’s a payment error, they won’t notify you until after months of charges have built up and then give you 5 days to pay it all and not respond when you question them about it. The property is great Great staff. Everyone cares about what you have to say, or what you need. Maintenance gets done fast as well. The people in the office are very fast to get things done for you or the apartment in general. Great place to live !!
current resident I have lived here for about 3 years. I love my view. I am facing the golf course. the office team is great. they are friendly and respond in a timely manner to any of my service request. I was concern with so many unit that it would be loud but that is never an issue. I plan to stay here until i purchase my first home. Shout out to Rhonda for being professional and caring. thank you fairways for all your support.
Excellent I’ve Been Living here for 2/3 and I can Say since I First sign my Lease I knew this was Gonna Be Home for me . My very first apartment @ 21 years old . Best place to live!! As a current resident for almost a year, I am completely happy with the staff and maintenance of The apartments They are very efficient and timely when addressing needs of residents. Property is very well maintained and a safe place to reside.

Lots of amenities For me the Fairways provides a really nice atmosphere along with plenty of attractions like swimming pools,tennis courts, weightlifting facilities.. etc. OH! And, you can use the community rooms for private parties and the room is next to the best leasing office I've ever encountered. I would strongly encourage you to apply.

Move from one state to another!!! Fairways is a very good complex to live, and the staff is excellent at there property. The property to me is well maintenance and safe to live.
