Improvements that could be made: Opening the deck, opening the pool, granting access to the weight room, issuing residents credits for the last 4 months of having no amenities available, stop editing resident's posts, communication to the residents as to what is going on in their community, stop stretching the front desk employees so thin and possibly having more than 1 employee scheduled, my list could go on forever.
WOW! What a thriving and beautiful community! Pet friendly, with a dog park, a real fitness center, 24 hour concierge, the views of the city from poolside on the roof top are phenomenal, covered parking, and the apartments speak for themselves! Simply Fabulous!
Very nice apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the surroundings are pleasant, the whole neighborhood is improving daily.
Horrible when it comes to communicating with tenants (potential tenants) been waiting since June for a complete refund of my security deposit.
