Asked for two connected room, confirmed over the phone and didn't get them upon arrival. Disappointing but staff was making effort to find a solution
Nice rooms and great historical building. Good location to decent eats in Dupont Circle
Service declining. Two days in a row the room not turned in the afternoon. And one time the room was turned and no towels were left at all.
Don't hit front desk after 10pm very rude and unhelpful. Second bed not made up, wouldn't give us our bags, bell boy didn't come and it was after midnight, wife had to argue with rude lady to get them
$4 soft drinks with no refill. Crazy. Food is okay, but you can definitely do better elsewhere. Service is marginal at best.
There's a new mayor in town
This place is like heaven. Very elegant
The egg sandwich with blue cheese is pretty awesome
The hamburger in the lounge is excellent. Just watch out for the $7.50 bottle of budlight.
