I have seen Dr. Truelove for many years. The staff are very helpful and Dr. Truelove is great!
Very rude staff. Buying glasses is a very personal and important process, but they seemed to want to ensure it was as miserable as possible. They are also selling discontinued frames without any notice posted and without a discount. One of the frames was damaged through wear (one spring was loose and the other wasn't) and the staff refused to offer a discount or any sort of apology.
