RecommendedAmazing staff!!! Everyone is so nice! We went together as a family for appointments, so 1 adult and 4 kids (all under 9) and they were helpful, great with the kids, and understanding that it is easier on moms to just get everyone in at one time! Highly recommend Dr. Walker! I can't say enough about the whole staff. They are FANTASTIC!!!

Lila was very rude at the front desk today. Caused this location to lose business when she acted like it was a huge inconvenience for my son to try on one pair of glasses he had already previously tried on and liked (it was even saved in the system, as they had our insurance on hold) but wanted to compare to another pair before deciding for sure. She said that we had to have an appointment and there wouldn’t be one in the timeframe we requested for weeks. I explained the situation and asked if he could just run and try them ... read more

I had my first experience here this week. all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Danielle was the stylist who helped me with frame choice, etc. she was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with her as we went through the pricing and ordering process, she helped me to feel very comfortable and confident with my choice of optometrist offices.
tried to get my quote adjusted with my wifes insurance. not another customer in the building. and the little girl at the door would not put her phone down or look at my paperwork. just kept saying by appointment only bit there was not another customer there. she was entirely too into her chat thread.
I took my son there and every time we walked in there the staff made us feel unwelcomed. They were always rude. Even when my young daughter would talk they would give her dirty looks, almost as if kids were an inconvenience to them. I switched to the office on Gage and so far so good!
Visited today and the Staff was Awesome!! They were cheerful, polite, dressed and groomed professionally and Best of All........ My glasses didn't cost a whole lot !! Thankful for insurance
They were able to replace my broken my frames right away. Thank you!
