I came in with an eye issue, had a 3:00 appointment. No one seemed to be in a rush while I sit with a mind numbing headache. Finally go in at 3:15 to see a dr, staff seemed clueless throughout the process and very unprofessional. It took longer for them to fill out their side of paperwork than for the exam and when I check out I have a $50 co-pay and when I ask if I’ll be charged for the follow up (which I had to TELL the receptionist about), all she says is ‘I don’t know, that’ll be up to the dr’. Paid for glasses and then when they came in, there where additional charges. They stated my insurance did not cover some things. They should have knew what was covered or not covered when I initially ordered glasses. Probably won’t go back!

Amazingly nice staff! Always feel welcomed and they take care of us. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
I love dr brown and the other doctors my family has seen- but it ends there! They don’t want to fix issues with glasses! From wrong scripts to broken glasses that are not fixable- ( yet another place has fixed them both times) the service is terrible! Rude/ not helpful/ and all around terrible!!!! I will continue to see Dr. Brown but will never buy glasses from them again! 3 xxx your out! I am done....
Everyone was very friendly and yet professional too... great experience. Been going there for years.
We took our daughter here because they had miraflex glasses and also took her insurance. Big mistake. They put in the wrong prescription so now her vision is much worse. She had always had a “lazy eye” but now it is worse than before— possibly requiring surgery to repair. Don’t go here!!
