I arrived 20 min early. Then once back in room waited over 30 min to see Dr. Once finished sent back up front to girls. NO line marked check out. Standing there with folks trying to check in and those trying to check out. Total confusion. They had a much better system in the maze.
Few good eggs but the rest are bad. Dr. Murray is not fit to work with nervous children. Lady managing the lines at reception area stares too much. My son wasn't offered the protective shades for his dilated pupils - I asked for a pair. Most likely will be looking for a friendlier establishment for our eye care needs.
My appointment was for 3:20 pm, I arrived at 3:05, did not get first call till 4, was out by 4:45. A little long I think.
Nice office, very clean, friendly staff. Arrived for 11:15 appt at 11:05 was out of office by 11:35. Wish all dr offices were that efficient.
It was my first trip to the eye clinic and I felt like they were very nice knowledgeable and took very good care of me. I wasn't there long and I've got to go back to have some more things done. They were very nice at the front desk very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
