Took my mother who is 89 to your Sulphur location for the 1st time. She (and I) were excited to be able to do everything she needed to be done without going into Lake Charles. But, when we arrived, I had to park in the back and walk her around because there is only 1 handicap parking place. With the large parking area in back there is NO REASON you can’t add more handicap parking in front! I saw several in waiting room that could have benefited!
Dawn was so helpful, honest , knowledgeable with finding the right pair of glasses !!! Dr Charlie Thompson is the best!! All the receptionist Elizabeth, Shawn, and Toni were friendly, helpful !! 5 Star staff.
Loved Dr. Thompson he was wonderful! Explained everything & answered all my questions & gave me every option!! Staff was excellent! The whole experience was 5 stars ⭐️
Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I know my eyes get the absolute best care.
Since my eye accident happened the Dr Thompson has been take care of me and explained everything about the surgery's and the staff been kind on me. Congratulations and keep the good work :)
