We attended a private refresher course with Patty to help us prepare for our second labor and delivery. Patty catered to our needs before the class and during. She's well informed and kind, and I'd highly recommend her!

I don't even know where to start .. this was such an amazing course to take. I learned so much and feel so confident about my upcoming birth and the decisions surrounding it. Patty is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She answers all questions and shares so many resources. This course is a no-brainer. You have to take it if you're expecting a baby, whether it's your first or fourth!
The best thing i could've done for myself in this pregnancy was find Patty. I was already in my third trimester and with so many question marks and fear. She takes a genuine interest and care in her clients, offered me so much extra support and most important eliminated all fear and anxiety that I had around birthing. 10/10 recommend hypnobirthing.. its so much more than that. Thank you Patty! <3
