Beautiful stay, extremely happy. Perfect location, very comfy bed. Will definitely look forward to staying here again. Water view room felt like you were on top of the water from your balcony.

If you stay here, make sure you book an upstairs room — if you’re downstairs, you’ll hear everything from above, including footsteps and water running, which really affects your stay. No designated smoking areas anywhere on the property — not even allowed on your own private balcony, which is frustrating. Worst part was the service — I stood at reception waiting to be acknowledged and was completely ignored. I was only served after a cleaner asked if I was checking out. Loved this place! We had a refurbished room with water views. It was perfect. Large, clean, great bed, perfect views. Short walk to shops & food. Staff all very helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff member who checked us in was quite unwelcoming and came across as hostile. She didn’t seem interested in being there, which made us feel uncomfortable and as though we weren’t supposed to be there. The room itself also had several issues. There was a large hole behind the door, the shower head was dirty, and there was no main overhead light only lamps, which made the room quite dim.
