Wonderful stay. Friendly very efficient staff. Fun modern decor. Illy espresso machine in the room, yay !! Mixologists in the bar were making innovative concoctions unlike any I have seen. We only had a glass of wine but we asked them lots of questions which they answered with a smile.

Great staff. But no spa or amenities so it's a tough place to stay for more than a day.
The staff is amazing, gold standard hospitality with a warm smile. Location is perfect, walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. The rooms are super clean, cozy and very relaxing. My go to hotel whenever in Palo Alto.
