A great service oriented hotel undergoing a transition to the Nobu brand. Classic lines and traditionalist Asian influence presentation in this efficiently run, well appointed high hotel in Palo Alto...with a great location. The staff makes you feel very welcome and anticipates many of your wants and needs. I highly recommend.
Location is great, service is super nice (hence the 4 star], and place tries to be high end. But the main thing that is food leaves a lot to be desired.
