They mis-coded my procedure, billed me $850. I gave them payment information before learning of the error, which made it not coverable by insurance. I cancelled the appointment, but was still called several days later as if my cancellation never went through, and I still have not been issued a refund. Absolutely disgusting practice. I will be filing a consumer complaint next week if it is not rectified and my refund still not issued.

Stay away!!they are not equipped to perform colonoscopies! After going through the dreaded prep and got sedated they wake me up to say we don’t have the proper medication to perform the procedure. I waited 7 years for this as I was scared to do it and now I went through 2 days of discomfort for nothing! And they put appointment cancelled on MY CHART! No explanations
Dr. Taylor and his people are very good
They are not taking non-Reliant patients as of June 2024, and there's no mention of this anywhere on their site -- nor did my primary care doctor or insurance provider know prior to referral. The referral just literally goes into a paper pile and no one contacts you.
