So far so good. Move in process was a breeze. Coming from South Coast, Orange County so I am use to a certain level of service. There leasing agents and leasing manager seemed odd to me. Its almost like moving from the city to the country. They seem unexperienced. First As I was deciding on a unit the Leasing manager showed us around. I wanted to see the larger two bed room triplex. I love living here! The staff is very friendly. Monique is the bomb! She made the move in process smooth and accommodating. Maintenance does a great job with grounds keeping and whatever requests we may have. There is so much to do without having to leave the community. They have several events throughout the month where you get to mingle and meet your neighbors! We’ve lived in a few places in SoCal but this one is by far my favorite!
Beautiful condo and quiet living environment!!! Work orders promptly fixed!! Nice business center and fitness center! Love it here!!
