Robert is a friendly and thoughtful concierge. Romeo is very on top of maintenance requests, usually comes to fix things within 24-48 hours
I was interested in an apartment here as I’m moving into the area, but it is very off putting that I cannot even talk to a human. Having AI answer the phone and redirect me when it doesn’t know what I am saying is not giving me a good impression; if this is how potential residents are treated, I’m not sure I want to be an actual resident here. Such a shame because it’s a beautiful building.
We moved into the Ellington in December and it’s been great! The staff is phenomenal! Huge shoutout to Robert at the front desk and Romeo in maintenance! They are the best!
Shoutout to Romeo and the rest of the maintenance staff. Whenever we’ve had a problem, they’ve been prompt about fixing it!
Love the building and Robert at the front desk is the best concierge I’ve ever known - genuinely thoughtful with every single resident and always proactive with giving residents packages. He’s the man!
