Tanisha’s tour was great and so complete! It really gave me a great overview of the property.
I visited The Ellington on Tuesday, and I must say, it’s a charming building. While I ultimately won’t be leasing due to the lack of a pool, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tanisha for her outstanding tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and handled my endless questions with ease. If you're looking to live on U Street, I highly recommend checking out this building. Thanks again, Tanisha!

I had an incredibly troubling experience living at The Ellington under Lincoln Property Management now Bozzuto, and I strongly advise against renting here. The property management staff appear to monitor residents far beyond what is acceptable. They use security cameras not just for security purposes, but to keep track of residents' movements both inside and outside of the building. Great location, very friendly staff. However, for about half a year now they have been renovating the elevators and there has been this constant, awful drilling sound for months now. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been woken up at 8am to this terrible noise, and it’s so loud that noise canceling headphones don’t work. Really has put a damper to my otherwise good experience here
