Have been living here for 4 years and would recommend. Prime location with lots of restaurants and bars, but also great sound insulation from night life. The staff is very attentive and timely with maintenance requests, especially Romeo. Romeo has assisted with a number of requests and ensured that all appliances are working as expected.
I usually don't leave reviews but felt I had to for my experience today. I came for a tour on June 25th at 9:30 am with my partner and we had the worst touring experience of our lives. We have toured over 50 apartment complexes so far across the DMV, and this was TERRIBLE. We arrived early and we had no problem waiting until our scheduled time. Robert is a friendly and thoughtful concierge. Romeo is very on top of maintenance requests, usually comes to fix things within 24-48 hours
I was interested in an apartment here as I’m moving into the area, but it is very off putting that I cannot even talk to a human. Having AI answer the phone and redirect me when it doesn’t know what I am saying is not giving me a good impression; if this is how potential residents are treated, I’m not sure I want to be an actual resident here. Such a shame because it’s a beautiful building.
We moved into the Ellington in December and it’s been great! The staff is phenomenal! Huge shoutout to Robert at the front desk and Romeo in maintenance! They are the best!
