The property, locations and amenities are fantastic. What is even more amazing is Jeremy (business manager) and their management team. Great people that care about doing the right thing for their tenants!! Unprecedented!
I had an incredibly troubling experience living at Lake House Apartments under Lincoln Property Management now Willow Bridge, and I strongly advise against renting here. The property management staff appear to monitor residents far beyond what is acceptable. They use security cameras not just for security purposes, but to keep track of residents' movements both inside and outside of the building. I took a tour today with Mr. Scott did outstanding job and he was very patient with me and he went over all the great about the Ellington. I am definitely considdetailsering moving into Ellington.
Tanisha’s tour was great and so complete! It really gave me a great overview of the property.
I visited The Ellington on Tuesday, and I must say, it’s a charming building. While I ultimately won’t be leasing due to the lack of a pool, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tanisha for her outstanding tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and handled my endless questions with ease. If you're looking to live on U Street, I highly recommend checking out this building. Thanks again, Tanisha!
