Great sml.apartment complex, near everything incl. #30 & #96 busline. The Bldg.Mgr, Mr. A.Holley, is friendly & responds to requests quickly. Staff keep the place clean & in repair. The landscaping always has flowers. The Elaine has a mixed demographic of students, retired, & young professionals, w. Blk, Wt, & Asian. I enjoy living here!
The staff are incredibly nice. Antonio in particular was always helpful and attentive, and even helped me after I moved out to find a lost package. I would consider living here again if I moved back to DC! Love the area too
As others alluded Antonio is one of a kind. Being in contact with many apartment building managers, I can confidently say he is really one of the best (if not the best) community manager. He cares about the residents and apartments are really affordable for this area
