As others alluded Antonio is one of a kind. Being in contact with many apartment building managers, I can confidently say he is really one of the best (if not the best) community manager. He cares about the residents and apartments are really affordable for this area

Antonio the community manager is exceptional. I had to emergency move and got the keys to this place within 24 hours. After move-in, maintenance has been fantastic. Always a same day fix. I could not have asked for a better place to live. Not to mention, right outside of a bus stop!
